Jennifer began full time color consulting in 2002 at the iconic Belcaro Paint & Decorating. While working with all kinds of consumers and projects, she realized that her unique color ‘psychic’ talents played a significant role in creating a successful outcome that clients loved. In 2005, Jennifer began her own private, Denver color consulting firm.
After a few years of working exclusively with paint colors, Jennifer realized every element that goes into a client’s home holds important aspects of both color and design. She began to expand her services to include all aspects of interior design to the delight of her longtime clients.
Jennifer is an intuitive, and her talents manifest in the ability to quickly ascertain what will resonate deeply with her clients and assist them to realize an end product (home/space) they love. Her expertise includes suggestions for the purchase of new items, as well as organizing and repurposing items they love, want to keep, and sometimes ‘feature’ as precious memories and relationships take on more meaning as time passes.
Jennifer has a unique approach to color consulting and design that helps clients manifest the space they want without a lot of headache, wasted time and money. She believes in slow design: allowing the home/space unfold organically over time; consequently, she has many loyal, longtime clients who she collaborates with to make their home truly their own. Her services are often given as greatly appreciated gifts, and she is often ‘passed around’ to networks of friends who need a keen eye and sense of space to personalize their homes and offices from top to bottom.
With over 19 years of experience, Jennifer is considered one of the foremost experts on color and the art of maximizing the ‘relationships between things.’ Her work has been featured in many notable print publications.
Because of her adaptability, Jennifer has enjoyed working on an array of unique projects: an Airbnb in Mexico; branding colors for a pillow manufacturer; multiple historical restorations; a tee shirt printing project…to name a few. Her color consulting company is based in Denver, yet she works throughout Colorado and is available nationally and internationally, for both residential and commercial projects.
Her work has been featured in articles in The Rocky Mountain News, The Denver Post, and 5280 Home. Her work has also been photographed for Western Interiors, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Mountain Living and Luxe magazines.
